The addition sign (+) adds numbers to get the sum.
Subtraction sign (-) gives you the difference between the numbers.
Multiplication sign (*) times/multiplies the numbers to get the product.
Divison sign (/) gives out the quotient between dividend and divisor.
Modulus sign (%) gives out the remainder of when the divisor can't go into the dividend evenly. When there are two (+) or (-), it will either increase or decrease by 1 respective of the sign.
